Looking for a job: Work for accomodation, preferably surfcamp

Hi i’m Jelmer, 36 years old, and at the moment i’m in el Cotillo to surf. Because i want to surf as long as possible, i’m looking for a place to volunteer for accomodation, preferably a surfcamp. I have 15 years of experience in hospitality and can do any job necessary. Please let me know if anyone knows something for me! Muchos gracias
