Unfortunately, now that the UK is no longer part of the EU it is a lot harder to move over and work here. You must first apply for a working visa, the specific type and the requirements depend on whether you will be employed or self-employed. To be employed you must have a full time permanent contract. This in itself is difficult to get because employers must prove to the authorities that the position could not be filled by a local person. To be self employed or set up a company (both of which are expensive to do) you must have a complete business plan that can prove to the authorities that the business will indeed be viable. Neither of these tasks will be easy. I don't know the ins and outs of starting a company, but being self-employed (autonomo) costs about 300€+ a month, whether or not you have any income let alone profit. You start the process in the UK at the Spanish Consulate.
Another way to move over here is with a Non-Lucrative visa. However, this visa does not allow you to work, but after a year when you come to renew your visa you could change it for a working visa. You will need to show at least 27000€ plus private health insurance with no exemptions and no excess with an insurance company approved by Spain in order to apply, plus medical certificate and a criminal check. You then have 3 months to come over and apply to be a resident (TIE). At the first year to renew your visa you must then prove finances for 2 years (ie 56000€), and again for years 4 & 5. You then become a permanent resident. Again visa is obtained at the Spanish Consulate in the UK
For your first 5 years you must not leave Spain for a total of more than 12 months, until you have your permanent residencia,
That's a brief summary of the main points!
On the plus side, there are motorbike and scooter clubs and a LOT of bikes on the island. But I have to admit I do not know the situation regarding spares and repairs.
