Medical Centre el cotillo

Hi, I cannot find an email address for the private medical centre in el cotillo. The doctor is Daniel Sanchez-Barriga Almagro but it was a lady doctor who saw me. I need a new receipt as my medical insurance will not accept the one provided.
I gave spoken to reception but she has no English and i have no Spanish. Can someone help me get in touch via email?
