Is there an English speaking Chiropractor in Fuerteventura?

Hopefully travelling to Caleta de Fuste on the 25th March.
I need 3 spinal adjustments a week at the moment so it is of utmost importance I locate a Chiropractor/Spinologist or I will have to cancel this holiday.
I am travelling with my 2 daughters and will definitely need this support to manage 10 days there.
Any advice/info welcome, Jane
