Hi, does anyone know if Notaries are open for conclusion of contracts for purchase of properties?
We are due to complete early July and do not have a mortgage. We have read that this does not constitute an emergency situation, and wondering if anyone can clarify the postion please.

i work with the notary in corralejo and they are taking appointments.
if you are doing this yourself and not with an estate agent you may need a translator.
