Hi, my partner and I will be making our first trip to El Cotillo for one week from Feb 4 th. Can anyone advise if it is busy at that time, and given we will be self catering, will we need to book restaurants, or will it be easy enough to “ walk in”.
Also, tips / advice of any kind would be appreciated.

It varies a lot here. It can be busy one night and quiet the next.
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and certainly the more popular ones it would be preferable to book.
You will need to get into relaxed mode for el cotillo.
