Schools and children activities

Hello. 

This question/post relates to living in Fuerteventura with young children.

My husband and I are considering a move to Fuerteventura. We have visited the island many times, spending a few months each visit, so we have a good feel for the life there (we love it) and always planned to move once the opportunity arose. We can work remotely, so that side of things is taken care of. We haven't visited since we had our son and so that side of life there will be new to us!

I am looking for information about schools and general activities for toddlers/young children. I don't believe there is an international school. Does anyone have experience of the school system and the schools in Corralejo, El Cotillo? Any advice on settling a young child into a new country? We don't speak Spanish yet, we are both learning but we will need to communicate in English to begin with. Any advice much appreciated
