Never had an email address but my neighbor is on the system (I gave up with them 6 months ago and now with movistar).
Jose is on +34 672 09 49 00, also what's app.
They have a reputation for hiding when there is a major problem.Â
Sorry I cant do more than suggest you move to another supplier.
