How do you apply for a licence to rent out your home , and how easy is it

Would like to rent out my home as a holiday let , is it easy to get a license and how to you go about getting one .

You apply at notary I have put my application in March 2018 still heard nothing but if you get caught renting it out it’s 42000 euro fine, hope that helps

Same here - I applied through my lawyer in July 2018 & still waiting ?? Cost was €450 but i’ve heard you can get it cheaper than that..

Hi go back to notary they changed the system I put mine in 2018 and never heard anything so I went to Monsa she filled in a new application and I got it straight away

I never paid anything like that think it was 50 euros speak to Monsa

Caleta property group near species vet's deal with VV licences, I think monsi is now based at las arenas .

Just received my Touristic License after applying almost 2 years ago 🙏🏻
