I would like to know how to obtain a license for renting out a property and how to go about it.  Can someone recommend a company and maybe someone can also tell us who Monsa or Monsi is?

Speak to Emma fuerteventura translation services she does it all from start to end and at a great price. If you have Facebook search for her if not pm me and I'll give you her number. She's fully registered legal business.

Hi, thank you very much for recommending me.  The Vv licence is currently taking around six months to come through, the tourism dept have employed more people so they're coming through more quickly than the year it was taking this time last year.  If you have been waiting for more than a year then it's likely that there was a requirement sent to you which obviously hasn't reached you...it would need investigating.  Hope this helps, best wishes, Emma

Unless you are fluent in Spanish I highly recommend that you speak to Emma she has replied above to a question,  unless you remove the current VV you won't be able to get a new one for yourself.

Emma can provide all the services that you require she is fluent in Spanish and  fully legal business.

Hi Emma, The previous owners did not cancel their VV licence and I would like to apply for a licence in my own name. The previous owners told me I could transfer the licence to my name.

Can you please advise and also how much roughly to get it all sorted?

Thanks in advance

Sonia
