I am looking to retire to Caleta in the next couple of years but am getting very confused as to how much income/ savings I will need to be able to qualify for a non- lucrative visa. Everywhere that I have looked has different values,  or none at all,  just a comment like ' need to have enough income to support yourself'. ???

I will have a pension of  approx £1150 per month plus savings of about   £200,000 and a property with no mortgage.

Just want to know if anyone out there has any adult bikes for sale.

We were due to move to Caleta in april and have a rental property in place and paid for.We no longer have a home in the uk and have the means to live until life returns to normal.Would we qualify to enter as residents as we have spoke to fred olsen and they advised us to contact guardia civil.We have emailed them with no reply.

White one storey bungalows which I think were to the right hand side of what is now The Sheraton hotel the wrecking ball was just beginning  to start work it was our first holiday with a 2 year old   can anyone help? Thanks fiona
