Can anybody tell me if the roadworks are finished if their not does anybody know an estimated finish date

Not sure which roadworks you are on about, but if you mean the works up Montana Blanca (aka Chipmunk hill), no they're not finished, still a long way to go. No idea when they will be finished, work is never done on time here!
