can anyone explain these test rules.im staying in a holiday let from holidaylettings and the owner says i do not need test is this correct

No this is not correct.You will need to get a pcr in the uk.New Spanish law comes in tomorrow.If you arrive without the test results with correct specifications you will be stopped at the airport,fined 6000 e and sent back.
