we currently have only 41 active cases of Covid and this is reducing daily. i hope ww reach zero soon. masks need to be worn in shops and when social distancing cannot be acheived. restaurents and bars are open but not all as some are awaiting the UK to agree to an air corridor.

lockdown in the UK does NOT mean you cannot leave the country. legally the UK can only fully stop air travel which they have not done. they are just recommendations with isolation mandatory on return.

Hi, we’re looking at coming for a month from the 8th November. Do you know anything about the Covid insurance provided by the Canarian government? Obviously we can’t get cover for that at the moment but can get standard holiday insurance! Thank you. Julie.

This is the information so far.  https://www.canarianweekly.com/posts/Canaries-signs-travel-insurance-agreement#ath

It is a deal between AXA Insurance and the Canarias Government.

I think you can more from a travel operator.
