Hi Christian

My wife and I are early retirees hoping to buy in Fuerteventura next year too, so we will also need private health insurance.  Hopefully some kind person will reply to your post and give us both an idea of where to start looking.

Good luck with your new adventure

Tony

I think you should shop around try google I have found a few but remember if you have EHIC your still get state provided medical treatment

I have found Aetna world wide for expats

Cigna that covers expats and have different cover (Gold Silver and Platinum)

Try and google and compare what you want and the price

Hi, we moved over here in November and we are now in the process of signing with Santa's they are a part of Bupa, we have gone for paying €196 a month but that covers most things.

Please could you tell me is that price per person? Just trying to get a rough idea of a monthly budget for me and the wife when we move over permanently this year. We will be 60 and 58 so I guess age will have some bearing on the cost.

Many thanks
