I have holidayed here many many years and now is the time we can consider this. Maximum budget 160,000 for a wee bolt hole. Would anyone be happy to recommend any particular complexes  . Not a lot available but happy to wait it out. Must be caleta and not antiqua. thanks so much

Hi I just bought a property in Antigua remember to add at least 25k for all the taxes and fees etc 🙂

Cost me 25k plus on a

 370 k property 15 th of feb last month So you cannot get anymore up to date than that

Yes, you should allow around 10% on a built property and around 12% on a new property.  However, it can come out as less.

Also, as a non-resident you will have an additional annual tax to pay.  This will vary on property, value, location.  Your abogado will be able to advise you.
