We have used Carolina Romano who is an agent for Liberty for 7 years and are happy with her. Have never had to make a claim though.

She looks after our car and house insurance and is always so helpful, especially when we needed to put in a claim, which thankfully has only happened once in the past 10 years. But she made the process so simple. Would definitely recommend her.
