Ear Percing/Belly Button Piercing

Hi, I'm on holiday in Caleta de Fuste, we have searched everywhere for my teenage daughter to have her Belly button pierced, to no avail.
I was told they do piercings in a town nearby but cannot remember the name?
Any recommendations welcome!
