Lost: Cream ankle colour boots that I think I may have left on no 3 bus.

I got the no 3 bus from airport to Caleta de Fuste on 18th January and may have left boots on bus.

I am so stressed at this point, from trying to contact Tiadhe and bus office in Puerto del Rosario.  I keep ringing the tel no and no one answers.  Subsequently, Ive sent e mails and tbey reply saying they've sent e mail to appropriate section dealing with this.   This is going on now for over a week and still nothing back.

Im going home tomorrow night and pretty desperate at this stage. 

 Im wondering how can this customer service be accepted here in this island?

I would really appreciate any help here.
