I almost cancelled this holiday due to back problems and needing 3 adjustments a week. I am travelling with my two younger daughters and am worried about how I will manage for 10 days. Would appreciate any info on a good massage place or physio in Caleta de Fuste.

The Spa at the Sheraton Hotel in Caleta de Fuiste give great massages. (You don’t have to stay at the hotel) it’s a great spa too with indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room etc.
