I am flying home to Caleta De Fuste on 09/12/2020. I am flying from Newcastle Airport UK.  I own my home in Caleta and that is where i will be staying. I am not a Spanish resident and only use my home for holidays. Do i need to take a Covid test before entering the country or is this test only required if you are staying in a hotel or guest accommodation, ?. I will be of course filling in the SPTH medical form, is this form all i need to enter the country, ?. Thanking you all in anticipation.

Hi, you will be required by the new Spanish law to take a COVID test 72 hours before you fly and provide a negative  result at the airport this comes into force later this month.  👍👍

At the moment you will require a test but there is an updated announcement tomorrow 17th November 2020. Things apoear to be changing on a regular bases so you need to keep an eye on changes as you get close to you departure date.
