As for you still waiting for a reply, frankly there are not many people on here and probably don't come on every day to check for messages. I don't and I didn't see your first messages, then my internet has been off all day so only just seen this.
This is a community forum and NOT the Town Council. Maybe people just don't know the answer to your question.
