Hi there, can anyone recommend an electrician that does house certificates, I need to prove the consumption in my house in order to get Endesa to change my meter. Our bill has gone from 363 kwatts used to 1464kwatts, since they exchanged my meter with a neighbors, we been in the house nearly two years and the changed our meter two bills ago, (september) i have been to endesa 5 times not getting anywhere, so i need a certificate to prove its not my house using the electricity. any help or advice would be grately appreciated, thanks in advance
