update my perscription

the pharmacy in la oliva have told me that i need to call a number they gave me to renew my perscription is this correct

I TOOK MY PRESCRIPTION WITH MY HEALTHCARD INTO THEM AND THEY RENEWED IT.
IF YOUR PRESCRIPTION HAS EXPIRED THEN YOU CAN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND SPEAK TO YOUR GP AND THEY WILL AUTHORISE IT.
EITHER PHONE 012 AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU A TIME WHEN YOUR GP WILL PHONE OR GO TO THE SAME PAGE ON LINE AND YOU WILL SEE A SECTION THAT SAYS MEDICAL TELFONICA AND THEN YOU CAN CHOOSE THE TIME.

SORRY ,YES IT WAS ON MONDAY OF THIS WEEK.
i called the pharmacia in la oliva they told me my perscription is valid after it runs out the end of the month thanks all xxx
