Does anyone know how to proceed exactly to move over from the Spanish mainland with your car as part of your "household" contents?

I've recently moved from the mainland of Spain to Fuerteventura with my Spanish car.
Does anyone know how to change the address with the DGT of is this automatic when you get your Padron at the town hall?
I stil have to get my cl@ve, think everything is easier to check once you have that.
My 3 earlier temptations to get one failed, never received the invitation card...

Anyone knows where I can find white, clear vinegar for consumption?
I like to use it for salad dressings, can't get used to the wine vinegar and others...
You can find white cleaning vinegar in every shop but not consumption vinegar.
Tried Mercadona, Lidl, Hiperdino, Spar...
I did find this brand on the Spanish mainland and think I saw some sauces of the same brand at Hiperdino yesterday but no white vinegar.
It's used in Belgium, Netherlands, UK, Norway and Germany, maybe I could find this in the south of the island?
I live in Parque Holandes but anywhere is fine, gives me a chance to visit the island :)

I am looking to book my Motorbike in for a ITV in the first two weeks of July.

Basically I moved to FV in 2018 and changed by Bike from UK plates to Spanish. Unfortunately due to illness I had  to come back to the UK and my bike has been sitting awaiting my return.

I think that I had my last ITV in La Olivia.
