i need a contact number and email address for the water company ( consorcio abastecimento agua ) . My Father passed away and the account needs changing into my mothers

Isn't the water supply via the council? La Oliva. Pop into their offices.
We are new residents in Violente Tuineje, and we are currently without main supply of water.
this happened yesterday afternoon. We thought it would come back on - but 24 hours + and we are still not getting any water.
who would we need to contact please ?
