Presuming you are a national of an EU country (not British) and allowed to work.
Unfortunately, like everywhere else, jobs can be VERY hard to come by here. If you are not yet living here it will be nigh impossible to get a job offer. Best to wait until you are here. You could then perhaps simply approach various companies with your cv.
