Looking for recommendations as to the right internet provider to run a smart tv.

W are not full time residents, as we are still working

. We need to use internet for tv and wi if. But as we aren’t here all thetime, we are looking for something which will support the tv but will allow us to pay as we go rather than entering into a contract and paying monthly when we are not here.we are up on La Capellania

Can anyone advise please. Are these sort of opportunities available?
