Hello
I bought my 1st property on vista golf 2 chipmunk mountain. I don't like it due to there being too many barking dogs and a busy road beside me. I would also prefer a gated community with communal sunbeds.
I was wandering if I could meet with somebody on Cocosol and ask some questions.
Obviously I don't want to make another costly mistake.

Hi Marc,
I haven’t bought on Cocosol although we stayed there for a week last year. We loved it so much we went back for 3 weeks this year.
There’s a variety of folk, some of whom live there and others who own and go there when they can fit visits round the 90 day rule.
In the short time we were there we made quite a few friends and the supermarket and restaurants are just a short stroll away. You can also walk along the coast path directly into Caleta.
There are a few dogs that we saw but barking was never a problem. The only noise is the planes going overhead, as you’re so close to the airport.

Hello Sharon thanks for the reply.
I know the resort really well and I love it.
I actually do the 90 days myself. The issue I've got is on the mountain there are too many ignorant dog owners.
I was hoping that Cocosol would be quiet. It seems so when I've sat outside. If you've not heard much noise in 3 weeks , that's a good sign.
