Mobile WIFI Router - advice please

Hi,
I regularly visit Fuerteventura and need to to have access to a WiFi connection for my laptop and for my TV.
I've tried ESims but although I can get unlimited data, they limit the amount you can stream.
Has anyone any experience of a mobile WiFi router?
Can I use a router bought in the UK with a data SIM purchased in Fuerteventura? Or is there another better solution?
