What is the correct way that I should write my address for correspondance please?
Is the below the correct way or should I write it differently. If you go on Google maps they have the ending as Las Palmas, not Las Olivia. I'm not certain if either of those is required.
Street name, number
La Caleta
35649 Parque Holandés
Las Olivia
Island of Fuerteventura

I would go with,
Street name and number,
Urb. La Caleta
35649
La Oliva
Las Palmas
Espana.
Urb. is urbanisation.
If there is a central post box area in the complex you are better putting the street where they are located.
