Seller's obligation when selling a property
Hello. I am currently in the process of selling my property. So far since paying the reservation deposit, the buyer has asked for access to my property 3 times now, for different reasons. As a seller, but still the current legal owner of the property, am I legally obliged to allow access? Or what (if any) reasons am I legally obligated to allow access for? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
