Hi all. I’m considering buying a property in Fuerteventura. I live in the East Midlands and wondered what air carries fly there from around the Midlands and how often winter summer is there flights in and out is it an issue being a smaller island.

Regular flights from Jet 2 and Ryan Air from Birmingham Jet 2 new schedule is four or five a week i believe Ryan Air also , you have Tui too .. East Midlands has rugular routes i am waiting to see the new carriers from there and schedules , i get daily info from the tourisum board with all the updates

John - I am looking for a flight back to the UK (Newcastle) asap to avoid exceeding my 90 day stay on the island. However I have checked Easyjet, Jet2, Ryanair and Tui and there do not appear to be any flights back to UK now until mid May.... Is this your understanding too ??

As far as i can see from the information we are given yes it seems the case, May will be the time , there are possibilities to go from here to Madrid, Madrid to the UK ..

Thanks for this, do you know if there is likely to be a problem if you exceed your 90 day stay ??

Hi Carl
That is the million dollar question, in theory i personalty do not think you will have a problem , but i am not the government lol . I think there is a few more things a little pressing at the moment and of course travel restrictions and lack of flights is in your favour today, nobody as far as i understand is being un reasonable, also if you came in before brexit there is no record other than your flight arrival so they will not be going through a list .
Its a difficult one to be precise
