Yes I should imagine they would be but like most public places probably will restrict the amount of people waiting in the offices.

So far …..

1. you may leave your home to go to a supermarket (food), pharmacy, doctor's appointment, take pet to a vet if an emergency, insurance office if force majeure, bank (provided it's open, your bank would have e-mailed to advise if open or only online

2. you may take your dog(s) for a walk, only ONE PERSON and keep distance from other people. NOT A LONG WALK but only for your doggy to do its business (make sure you have gloves and bag to clean up!) There are random checks.

3.NO to visiting friends (NO SOCIAL CALLS), NO to beachgoing, NO to WALKING, CYCLING, PARK VISITS.....

4.YES to car use to go to work, help elderly, do grocery shop. NO to parking it and buggering off for a trot around the town (penalties from EUR 100 - EUR 600,000=> yes six hundred thousand Euros)….

Some of the small Supermarkets(Superdino in Villaverde) are very sensible by restricting the numbers in the store at anyone time. For example only 1 family member and only 15 shoppers at anyone time. You must wait until 1 person leaves before you can enter. Not sure if this applies to other Supermarkets.

You can travel is picking someone up from a Hotel and taking them to the Airport for departure but only drop them off. No parking and staying.

You can visit elderly relatives to make sure they are OK or to deliver food or medication.

Busses are running but are only allowed to be 1/3rd full and all Taxis are in operation

Trafico, Local Police and Guardia Civil are checking vehicles and asking what is the purpose of travel. They are performing regular checks art roundabouts and at certain junctions in Puertp del Rosario. Not sure about the South.

As of today we had 3 new cases (tourists from Madrid), so 6 in total. All are in isolation and none are serious.

Stay safe everyone, don't panic, it will pass.
