Planning on moving from the uk to fuerteventura

Any info would be really appreciated how to go about it etc has anyone found it difficult or has it been relatively straight forward

It depends what nationality you are.  If you have a passport of an EU country then it is easy and starts in Spain.  However, if your passport is British, or another third country, then it is expensive, has a LOT of paperwork and the process must start at a Spanish consult in your country of residence.  If you need to work it is extremely difficult and not always possible.

oh no!!  Which country is your EU passport for?  If you can, renew that country passport.

Oh, just thought, do you just mean that it is a British passport with EU still printed on it?  If that's the case then it is not recognised as EU passport, just British.

My wife and I moved here last year post brexit. Was not an easy process but we worked through it. If you need help and advice let me know. Always willing to help
