Property wanted to rent: 1-2 bedroom for 6 month rental

We are looking for a 1-2 bedroom for a 6 month rental as we need this to apply for residency, we will be looking to buy in the long-term. Looking to relocate August/September next year. We have two well behaved cats. A lot of notice, I know, but am trying to get everything in place.
