impossible to contact movistar!

hi

we have purchased a property and the previous owner had movistar as their wifi provider.

we have been to shop , sent emails , tried phoning and with no luck.

phoneline disconnects, shop does not answer and all they say is contact 1004 which is impossible!

can anyone help?

I assume that the previous owner cancelled their contract with Movistar.  Frankly if MoviStar are being that difficult to set you up with wi-fi then I would find a different supplier.

Thank you don’t think previous owners can contact them to cancel either! Trying to find new supplier without installing antenna or cable, any recommendations greatly appreciated. Thanks celi

That is shocking if you can not either cancel or even purchase a service.  Makes me wonder what their support service would be like.

I'm not in Corralejo.   I know people who use Fuerte-wif-fi and are happy with them.  

I use NetServices as I'm in a village, they put a dish up, don't know what they could do in Corralejo. When I lived in Caleta I was with Orange, and had a land-line and broadband.
