I'm looking for Insurance providers to who offer Building, Contents & All Risk Insurance (Short Term Rental Property) for a Villa I have in Caleta De Fuste.. Currently have a policy through SolBank, however they are not offering All Risk Insurance for short term rentals only long term..

I have insurance (buildings, contents and motor insurance) with Abbeygate. They are based in Malaga but cover the whole of Spain and Canary Isles. I switched from Mapfre last year as this firm is cheaper and they are english speaking. Not sure about short term rentals but worth a try....
