Hello Everyone,

My wife and I are visiting Caleta de Fuste with our Son and his girlfriend for 8 nights from 15th June.

My Son and I are hoping to play some golf during the holiday. We are both casual, recreational golfers. Not low handicappers. Planning to play two or three rounds during the trip.

Does anyone have any tips on which courses to play? We will have a hire car so could play the ones outside Caleta De Fuste.

Also, does anyone have any clubs that they would be willing to hire out for our stay?

Many thanks,

Tim Clarke.

Hi Tim.  Caleta has two golf courses.  Salinas Golf course is apparently ok (I'm not a golfer!) and cheapest.  Fuertevenura is an excellent golf course that has been used for Championships.

If the ladies fancy a day out then you could drop them off in Gran Tarajal while you go and play golf in the neighbouring town's golf course at Las Playitas!  I understand it is a cheaper course but not bad.

Have fun!

Thanks for that. Good plan.

Hi, contact Brian on the, mustang sally website. He can arrange everything that you need, from course bookings to club and buggy hire at great prices too.
