Local town hall, paid yearly, approx €30 normally Sept /oct. Call down to them but your solicitor should of advised them you are new owner already

1 - do i need to fill in a spanish tax form? => as a non-resident you should file Modelo 210.
2 - is there a company that can do this for me => there are many, if you are brave enough or understand Spanish you might be able to do it yourself.
3 - how do i pay my rubish collection tax => you register the property with your local ayutamiento, Referencia Catastral, they'll charge you IBI (property tax which is an equivalent of UK Council tax), but also "basura" this is the rubbish collection, albeit you'll have to go to a designated containers on your development, rather than having kerbside collection.
