Not having WI-Fi 24/7 is your main problem. Not quite sure what kind of alarm system your are looking for, but I run
this past you. I have a camera system with recorder runs 24/7 and to my mobile, {when visiting the UK can still receive
the system on the mobile.} The cost is decided on how many cameras you have and the quality of the cameras. It is a one
off payment. My neighbour pays more for his monthly fee in a year than I paid for a complete system.
