Hi, my advice to you is learn Spanish, without this and presuming you have all the relevant work permits you won’t find work in hotels. You could try the contacts you undoubtedly have in the uk hotels to help you over here. Good luck.

Extremely difficult to find such work here. As Graham says, for hotel work, even their maintenance, you will more than likely need to be able to speak Spanish.
It will also depend on what your nationality is. If you have a passport that is not that of an EU country (ie British) then I'm sorry but it will be impossible. You would need to obtain a working visa, and to get one you must already have a job offer, but the employer must prove that the job could not be fulfilled by a local person or other EU national.
If you have a passport of an EU country you will not have the problem of having to obtain a visa, but still finding such work is difficult as there is not much available here.
