I am looking to buy a bungalow in Beach Villas 2 and would like general information about the complex. I.E. is there a lot of noise from people using the skatepark prior to the coronavirus lockdown. Also any other info would be appreciated.

My friends live there kids do play but not for long really I drive past and tent to see the kids at the weekends
