Architect in Fuertevenura

What exactly are you looking for and need accomplished? Details please and perhaps I could help or point you in the right direction or process!

Hi Gerald, my partner and I are considering buying some land in Caleta de Fuste or Nuevo Horizonte and having a timber house erected on it. We require an architect to oversee the project, ideally one who has previously worked with the Ayto. de Antigua and who has experience in timber dwellings.

I am an American Architect, residing in Costa Calma. I 

have only did major residential projects in Lanzarote. The 

big problem will be finding competent builders and contractors who are very experienced in wood construction. As you have noticed on the island they work only in concrete construction.  The best way to go about this is to find a contractor first with experiences in wood construction and the availability of supplies. Everything will have to be imported. That's a major problem with serious issues and delays.
