Hi, we are trying for residencia in Fuerteventura. We've got a month to go to the local police station and have our finger prints taken. Brilliant but we're stuck in the UK. Do you think the Spanish authorities will extend the normal 30 days time limit. Or if we fail to get over is that the end of the process?

Will we have to start all over again, hopefully when you can travel more freely.

Cheers, hope you can throw some light on this predicament. Enjoy the sunshine. Fingers crossed we can join you sooner rather than later. ☀️🤞👍

Warm regards

Nick

I think as long as your application was in before December last year you should be ok just explain to them that you are unable to get here and arrange a later appointment I’m sure there are loads of ex pats in your situation

I deal with Yolanda she is next door to the chocolate shop I’m sure she may be able to help you with this if need be

Or try and find a spanish speaking person if you don’t speak Spanish to ring up for you regards Karen
