Weather

Of course nobody can predict the weather and it can't be guaranteed.  

February is winter and usually, like in the UK, the worst month.  In mornings it is always cool to cold, and can be very windy, but if the sun gets out it can be warm during the day. Everybody feels the cold differently, but my advice is to bring layers.
